what's up YouTube thanks for tuning back in hey we just got back from a local farmers market what an awesome experience that was to go out do your shopping in the fresh air interact with the farmers who grew your food that was awesome those people are so passionate it really got us pumped up to make something different and so what we're gonna do is I got this Buttercup squash I'm gonna make a pumpkin gratin and it's gonna be really good coming up for this recipe you're gonna need a buttercup squash, garlic, nutmeg, butter, heavy whipping cream, and Parmesan cheese Cut the squash in half Remove out the seeds Cut off the stem Wrap in aluminum foil Cook using indirect heat on your grill or cook in the oven at 350 degrees until soft About 1

5 hours Remove the skin and cut into smaller pieces Rub your baking dish with a half of a clove of garlic Make a layer of pumpkin on the bottom Just enough to cover the pan Salt to taste (optional) Fresh cracked pepper (optional) One clove of minced garlic A third of a cup of heavy whipping cream A layer of Parmesan cheese Fresh grated nutmeg Repeat the process until all of the pumpkin is used Add bread crumbs for added texture(optional) For a smokey flavor, cook the pumpkin gratin on the grill using indirect heat for approx 1 hour I used charcoal with apple wood chips in them

Alternative, cook the pumpkin gratin in a 350 degree oven until bubbly Pork Tenderloin with Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
