Instant Bhature Recipe | Quick Bhatura Recipe | भटूरे बनाने की आसान विधि

Bhatura is a fluffy, deep fried leavened Indian flatbread made from maida or refined flour ingredients and quantities are listed in the description box normally bhatura dough needs 3-4 hours to ferment but this instant bhatura recipe is, in fact, Instant as it needs just 15 minutes to ferment let's have a look at the ingredients oil for frying 1 cup all-purpose flour club soda as required 1 tsp oil 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp yogurt To a kneading dish add the all-purpose flour, salt, yogurt and oil pour the club soda in a cup for kneading the dough mix the ingredients thoroughly we are using only all-purpose flour to make the bhatura if semolina is added the bhatura do not turn out as soft as they ought to be now add soda little by little and knead the flour until a sticky dough forms and now knead the dough really well for 5-7 minutes

do not ignore this step apply a little oil to your hands and knead the dough till it is smooth and soft about 1/4 cup of soda was used to knead the dough transfer the dough to a bowl and coat it with a little oil then cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes after 15 minutes the dough is ready to make the bhature before rolling out the bhature keep the oil for heating up on medium heat so that it is hot by the time the bhature are ready for frying knead the dough for a few seconds before making the bhature dust your hands with some dry flour and take a portion of dough this dough will make 3 portions/bhature roll into a ball then flatten it dust dry flour on the rolling board and dip the flour ball in the dry flour as well to coat it lightly roll it out into a slightly thick round roti like disc about 6-7 inches in diameter do not make it thin the edges and the center has to be evenly thick remove to a plate and make the rest of the bhature in the same way all 3 bhature are rolled out we will fry them now check whether the oil is hot enough for frying by dropping a small piece of dough in the hot oil this will rise immediately if the oil is hot the oil is hot, and remember, it has to be really hot

raise the heat to high and carefully drop one bhatura in the hot oil press the top of the bhatura and keep rotating it as well as shown for a few seconds till it puffs up and flip it over as soon as it does fry till the underside is golden too then hold it against the edge of the wok to drain out the excess oil and transfer it to a tissue lined plate fry the rest of the bhature similarly all the bhature are fried we will serve them as they are served traditionally here they are served with pindi chole, pickle, sliced onions and some green chillies recipe video links for the Pindi chole and amla pickle are on the screen before you do check them out the bhature are very soft and puffy so do try it our way and share your experience this is an instant way to make soft bhature if you like the recipe please like, comment & share our video and subscribe to our channel to get notified about our video uploads thanks for watching
