Special Mutton White Pulao Recipe by Cooking with Benazir ll with English Subtitles

To make Mutton Pulav we will use a pressure cooker in which we will add MIx well We will on the flame on now we will cook covering the lid till one whistle on high flame Then we will cook on a low flame for seven to eight minutes

we have cooked for eight to ten minutes You can see that the onions and the spices have cooked well stir well As you can see it contains some water The mutton also releases some water so we will not add water to it for now we will cover it, put the flame on and cook till the mutton becomes tender the mutton should be 90% tender not 100% because we will cook it again later

Let us grind some spices till then We will grind these nicely We need to grind these as well we have taken coriander along with its stems we need to grind the spices separately and the coriander chillies separately Mutton and the spices and been cooked well now we will change the vessel because we will not pressure cook anymore

we have changed the vessel now We will cook well till oil separates Our mutton and spices both are cooked well Now we will add we will add the ground coriander and chillies paste we will also add the ground spices which we had prepared

Potatoes and peas are optional Mix well on a high flame we have cooked them for 2 to 3 minutes on a high flame Now we will cover it and cook them on low flame for 10 minutes we had washed and soaked these rice for an hour

we will add the rice now we have cooked this on a low flame for some time now we will add water to it I have added one glass of water here Water has come to a boil Now we will add rice

mix well keep the flame high for some time we will cook for 4 to 5 minutes on high flame keep on stirring otherwise it will stick in the bottom Now we will lower the flame completely Cover the lid and cook for 8 to 10 minutes but make sure that the flame is completely low we cooked it on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes

The rice are perfectly ready if you want you can add some ghee at this point We will put off the flame now and our pulav is ready to be served
