Vegetable Noodles | Veg chow Mein | Veg Noodles Recipe in tamil with English Subtitles

Today we are going to see how to make vegetable noodles It can be easily made in 15-20 minutes We are going to add lots of veggies Let's see how to make it Add some water in a vessel Add some salt and little oil Let the water come to a boil Let's see the vegetables to be added I am going to add 5 veggies some carrots thinly sliced Mushrooms cleaned and sliced slit the beans and then slice them some cabbage and capsicum thinly sliced Chilli garlic sauce and soya sauce Along with this we need salt, pepper and minced garlic Water has come to a boil Add a handful noodles into the boiling water cook the noodles for 6-8 minutes now the noodles is cooked well After 8 minutes, once the noodles is cooked well, drain the water and keep the noodles aside I am using a vessel as shown in the video for draining the water Put a pan in the stove Add about 3 tbsp of olive oil Add minced garlic and saute till nice aroma comes keep the flame in medium Add the sliced carrot and beans and saute well saute them for 30-40 seconds Then add capsicum/green bell pepper Saute that for 20 seconds Add sliced cabbage saute for 20 seconds now add sliced mushrooms saute well Add salt needed for veggies Add some pepper powder I have added about a tsp of pepper powder then add 1 tsp of soya sauce and 1 tsp chilli garlic sauce And mix everything well and put the lid on mushrooms will release moisture which helps in cooking the veggies open the lid in between and mix the vegetables well and put the lid back till the veggies are nicely cooked vegetables are cooked well now Add the cooked noodles into the pan and mix well mix it well veg noodles is now ready there is only very less ingredients As we have added lots of veggies, it becomes healthy too try this recipe in your home if you like this recipe share it with your friends don't forget to subscribe my channel
