This stuff would actually stay in the refrigerator for about 5 days so it is good for leftovers, late night snacks Just pick the whole thing up and put into your Tupperware, close it, make sure it is air tight and put it in your fridge Like I said it should last a good 5 days It is good for snacks, late night snacks, it is great I know some of these is not the most weight causations meals but they are great
