Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add 500 gms boneless chicken cubes 2 tbsp of ginger, garlic and green chilli paste ( 4 chillies ) Use a generous amount of this paste On high flame, cook this until the chicken is tender this has been cooked for 5-7 minutes now put the flame on low now add 1 tsp garam masala powder mix well now cover this and cook more we have cooked this for another 5-6 minutes on low flame the water has completely evaporated and it is cooked add 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes 3-4 potatoes half a cup grated carrots half a cup cabbage and 1 CUP NOODLES Half a cup spring onion leaves 3-4 tbsp dried watermelon seeds powder 1 tsp black pepper powder 1 tbsp soya sauce 1 tbsp red chilli flakes 1/2 cup grated cheese mix well at this point, taste it a little to ensure if salt is perfect grease your hands with oil mould it into cutlets using light pressure coat it with breadcrumbs dip it into eggs now shallow fry it keep the flame on meduim fry until golden brown the cutlets are soft and creamy and absolutely delicious
