100 gm grated cabbage green onion 1 chopped capsicum 1 grated carrot 6-7 garlic chopped little bit chopped capsicum little bit green onion white part of green onions 1-2 green chilli salt to taste red chilli paste -1tbs tomato ketchup -2tbs soy sauce-2tbs 1tsp green chilli sauce mix all vegitables in a large bowk add salt 1 tbs cover it squeeze all water from vegitables 1 tbs corn flour 1 tbs all purpose flour mix it well 1/2 tbs corn flour 1/ tbs all purpose flour make small manchurian balls heat the oil in pan fry manchurian balls till it become light brown colour heat the oil on high flame and again fry all manchurian balls for 30 sec add 1 tbs oil in pan add garlic add white part of green onion add capsicum add all sauces add corn starch paste add 1/2 cup of water add all manchurian balls mix them well
