Mongolian Beef Recipe -Cosori Pressure Cooker

Okay I have my pressure cooker on saute I have one tablespoon of olive oil and a little bit of sesame oil in here

You don't need to add the sesame oil if you don't want to I have just under a pound and a half of top sirloin you can use flank steak or whatever kind of beef you like I have mine cut pretty thinly because that's the way I like it The thickness is up to you I'm going to go ahead add this into the pressure cooker and brown this up we should it take about two minutes

I love the smell of sesame oil This has been browning for a couple minutes I'm gonna go ahead and add about two to three cloves of garlic and I'm gonna let that go for about another minute Okay now we're gonna go ahead and add 1/2 a cup of water, 1 cup of soy sauce and this recipe calls for one teaspoon of minced ginger I do not have that so I'm just gonna add a little bit of ground ginger, just a little Go ahead and give that a quick mix Now I'm gonna go ahead and put the lid on

Make sure it's on the lock position which it is You're gonna go ahead and hit the meat stew button, then adjust and we want it on the lowest setting We're on low and we are ready to go FYI I forgot one ingredient I knew I was forgetting something

I added a half a cup of brown sugar this recipe calls for a cup and a half of brown sugar to me that's just way too much so keep that in mind Adjust to your liking Again I added half a cup of brown sugar Okay our 25 minutes this up I'm gonna go ahead and give this a quick release okay I'm gonna go ahead and carefully open this up

I went ahead and pushed our saute button again It smells wonderful Now I have our thickening agent which is 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and 3 tablespoons of cold water Go ahead and pour that in I'm gonna stir this until it thickens should not take long

Also I'm gonna add a little bit of green onion to this Okay I have it at the thickness where I want it Okay I have our mongolian beef over some white rice I wish you all could smell this it smells absolutely wonderful Oh my goodness, that is so good

The beef is so tender I believe the sweetness is perfect Remember I added half a cup of brown sugar The recipe called for a cup and a half I really think that's overkill but I'm leaving that totally up to you

I made this once before in a crock pot and that took six hours this took 25 minutes plus a little prep time I hope you give this a try quick and easy and delicious Like, subscribe, share if you want Thank you so much for watching and I will see you soon
