Mixing 3 lbs chicken wings, 18g crush garlic, 1/2 cup hot sauce, 1/2 cup lemon juice so you keep the grill pretty low for chicken just spread them out and we had a lot of extra juice so we're going to be basting these [chicken] wings periodically and it's time to check them this grill is doing about 400 degrees on low So now we put a little coat on and then we're gonna turn them so again we have quite a bit of liquid here so we want to do this several times my grill is smoking a bit because I've put some
I have a little wood chip holder because I like it a little bit smokey but that's totally optional so these wings in my opinion are going to be better than your fried buffalo wings and you don't have to deal with any of those nasty rancid vegetable oils
