Cucumber Soup Recipe with Greek Yogurt, Dill

("Dio e Zingaro" by Municipale Balcanica) (lively band music) – Hi, I'm Jerry James Stone, and in today's video, I'm gonna make a delicious cucumber soup Now, it's hot out

It's time to have no-bake recipes Do not put that stove on Do not put the oven on It's just chill out with a cold beer and definitely this soup You're going to love it

Okay, so to make this cucumber soup we're gonna start off with some minced shallot I'm gonna add in a bit of garlic here Bit of salt Some lime juice And then some juiced cucumbers

I left the peels on, but you can definitely take them off if you want I'm just gonna add in about 1/2 of that And now I'm gonna work in some Greek yogurt Let's work it all in there You might need to whisk it just to get all the clumps out

It'll also dissolve while it's in the refrigerator cooling down Okay, add in remaining cucumber I'm just gonna go ahead and whisk that really quick And last but not least, I'm gonna add in some freshly chopped dill Mix that in

This soup is quite refreshing Okay, now I'm just gonna take it to the refrigerator to chill before serving I like to garnish this soup with a little bit of diced cucumber, some shallots, and some fresh lime zest How delicious is that? (horns blaring) Okay, so there you have it That's everything that you need to make this soup
