Milk Snacks | Doodh Pakoda Recipe in Hindi by Indian Food Made Easy

Did you know milk could be used to make tasty snacks? so today we are making doodh pakoda These are all the ingredients required to make milk snacks To add milk snacks add 2 cups of milk in a hot pan Let the milk boil, here we have 2 spoons of cornflour in a bowl Add 1/3 spoon of black pepper powder And add quarter spoon of salt and mix well We will add milk and make a thin paste of it Milk is boiling Add and mix corn flour mixture to milk We will keep cooking this at medium high flame, which will condense the milk and this will have a thick consistency Add one spoon of desi ghee or butter to it When about 2/3rd quantity remains, it's ready Lay a plastic layer in a plate Pour the mixture into the plate and let it cool off for half hour After it cools off cover it with plastic and put away in the fridge for about 2 hours After putting away for two hours in the fridge it seems well settled, and since its wrapped in plastic, it will be easy to take it out Take off the top layer of plastic And cut pieces using a knife You can see that milk has solidify so well Now to make slurry add two spoons of corn flour in a bowl Add a little water to make slurry Now dip the milk pieces in the slurry And wrap in breadcrumbs Milk pakode are ready to fry Add a little refined oil in a hot pan Add the prepared milk pieces into it when oil heats up Flip and fry from all sides When they get golden brown in color, take them out on a absorbing paper so that all the extra oil cold be absorbed Serve these crispy from outside and soft from inside doodh pakodas This recipe is very unique, so do try this recipe If you liked my video then please press the like button below Do subscribe to my channel And do press the bell icon so you don't miss any of my new videos Thank you
