Maggi pakora are very crispy and it does not take too long to make these I welcome you all to my channel indian food made easy So let's begin making maggi pakoda These are all the ingredients required to make maggi pakoda To make maggi pakoda firstly we will boil maggi noodles For which pour some water in a hot pan Add 2 packets of maggi noodles to it Keep water quantity a little more than maggi noodles To save time we will cover and cook You can add maggi masala and cook like you usually cook maggi noodles, but we will be adding masalas at later stage Maggi noodles have soften up, now we will strain all the water and let them cool off Meanwhile we will prepare slurry, for which add one spoon of cornflour in a mixing bowl Add two pinches of salt And add two pinch black pepper powder and mix well Add some water to make slurry Give it a good mix to avoid limps formation Add boiled maggi in a mixing bowl As most of you know that we avoid using all purpose flour, so today we are using maggi atta noodles Add 1 + 1/2 spoon gram flour One spoon cornflour About two pinch salt Two pinch black pepper powder And add maggi noodles masala and mix everything well together If you have added maggi masala while boiling them, you don't need to add maggi masala at this stage Maggi noodles has soften up well after boiling, so all the masalas and ingredients will get mixed up easily Now we will make maggi pakode for which take some noodles like this, and make round balls of it Dip them in the slurry we prepared earlier And now coat it with crushed maggi noodles To make the outer layer extra crispy we are coating them with raw maggi noodles Maggi pakora is ready to fry now To fry maggi pakora pour some oil in a hot pan Set flame to medium-sim after oil heats up, and fry maggi pakoras in it We are using just half cup oil to fry them so that only outer layer could be fried and they absorb less oil Flip and fry from all sides After frying for 3 to 4 minutes, when they get golden brown in color, they are ready Take them out on a absorbing paper so that all the extra oil could be absorbed Serve these delicious maggi pakode with tomato ketchup and hot tea These are very tasty, so you must try this maggi pakora recipe If you liked my video then please press like button below And do subscribe to my channel And do press the bell icon so you don't miss any of my new videos Thank you
