HOW TO COOK RED KIDNEY BEANS: IN A PRESSURE COOKER

Hello Chefs! Welcome back to Clos' Kitchen For the new subscribers welcome! Today, I'm going to show you how to make "Red Kidney Beans" in a pressure cooker

So let's see what ingredients will be for this recipe Pre-soak 1 cup of red kidney beans until there is no longer any water into the bowl Rinse and drain the beans under cool running water Preheat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil Add 2 tablespoons of green seasoning, then 1/2 a cup of mixed frozen bell peppers and onions

Use a spatula to mix all the vegetables Next, I'm adding one chopped celery branch I'm adding some flavor with some dried rosemary and some dried thyme Mix all the ingredients with a spatula Cook on medium heat ,until the frozen vegetables are soft

Then add the red beans Use a spatula to mix all the ingredients Cook the beans on medium heat for 10 minutes Stir occasionally to prevent it from sticking Add 6 cups of warm water

Use your spatula to stir and bring your beans to a boil Once the beans come to a boil, place the cover with the pressure sensor and cook for 30 minutes Stir the beans and reduce the heat to low Now, you can check your beans for softness Add some seasoned salt and onion powder to taste

Add one capful of cooking white wine Now add 1 tablespoon of ketchup and stir Cover the beans and cook on low for 15 minutes I want my beans to have a thick sauce Add 1 tablespoon of smoked honey barbecue sauce, then stir Simmer for an additional 10 minutes then serve
