Fusion Idli | Indo Chinese Starter Recipe – Parul Ka Zaika

If you are fond of eating Chinese, then try my todays' recipe which is Chilli Idli You can even give it to kids in their lunch box Let's start making Chilli Idli Firstly, cut 6-8 idlis in squares Then fry the idlis until golden brown on medium flame Then remove the idlis and fry all the same way Then take another pan and add 2 tbsp of oil, 8-10 finely chopped garlic and saute for 1 minute 1 inch finely chopped ginger and saute for 1 minute Then out 4 green chillies cut lengthwise, 1 onion cut in squares 1 capsicum chopped into squares, 2 tbsp green onions and saute on a high flame for 1 minute Then add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp red chili sauce, 1 tbsp green chilli sauce 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp vinegar and mix it well Then in a bowl out 1 tbsp of cornflour, 3 tbsp water and mix well and prepare the slurry Pour slurry into the pan and mix well Add salt, fried idlis and mix well Hot and delicious Chilli Idli is ready to serve If you like my recipe Then please don't forget to click subscribe button on this side And click this side to watch my other recipes I'll be back soon with many more interesting and tasty recipes Till then eat healthy and be healthy
