Hey my food lover this is Priyanka & welcome to mychefathome Italian cuisine is known for its regional diversity each with its distinct taste This cuisine today is probably one of the most popular in the world Today I am going to show you pesto pasta Light ,Yet full of flavors This Pesto is perfect tossed with Pasta for quick dinner Yes A delicious meal that combines freshness of homemade pesto So, lets get started !! We have Penne Pasta Fresh basil leaves cherry tomatoes cloves of garlic cashew nuts almonds parmesan cheese oil black pepper powder and salt First we will start blanching our pasta Take sauce pan, add water, then add salt & penne pastas Give it a stir so that it should not stick to that bottom of pan add oil, give it a stir & let it cook for 9 – 10 minutes Meanwhile we will prepare our pesto sauce Put basil leaves in a mixing jar add garlic cloves add cashew nuts add almonds

You can also use pine nuts or walnuts add parmesan cheese add oil add salt & black pepper and pulse it for 2 -3 minutes and here my pesto sauce is ready you can store it in air tight container & use it whenever you want now add oil in a heated wok add cherry tomatoes & blanched pasta add pasta stock, it will give it a nice thickness add pesto sauce mix this really well add some fresh basil leaves add black pepper powder switch off the flame sprinle some parmesan cheese & garnish with fresh basil This pasta dish is completely virtuous & delicious A lovely simple dish It is so easy & really yummy!!
