Tagore family's unique Hilsa fish recipe ~ Ilish er Ullash 5 pieces of Hilsa fish (marinated with salt & turmeric powder) ¼ tsp of smooth paste of garlic (1 garlic clove) 1 tbsp smooth paste of mustard 4 sleeted green chilies ¾ tsp salt ½ tsp turmeric powder 2 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp mustard oil 15 cup plain water now take a big strainer Keep it on a big bowl

Now add one by one- mustard paste, turmeric powder, salt, garlic paste, vinegar and mix with plain water and strain Use only the spice water Place a dry cauldron on the gas oven Add Hilsa pieces add spice water Add raw mustard oil add green chilies On the flame Cover on less medium flame Meanwhile flip the fish pieces While gravy is little thick, off the flame Serve with it steamed rice please like / share / comment & subscribe my channel
