Hello freinds today we r making schezwan chicken ingredients r 125 g boneless chicken cuted in cubes/chunks, 1/4 tsp white pepper,1/4 tsp salt, 1 egg beat it well with fork, 2 tbsp cornflour, 1/4 tbsp vinegar, 1/4 tbsp siracha suree chilli sause, Any chilli sause u can use, 1 tbsp soya sause, oil for frying Whisk egg well Marinate chicken Add salt,white pepper,half egg,soyasause,chilli sause,vinegar n cornflour Half egg added, Mix well Keep it in freezer for 8 hours or overnight After overnight marination Keep on counter Making chicken stock with chicken cube add cube in 1 cup water n boil U can boil chicken too n strain its water thats stock Sause ingredients r 1/2 tbsp garlic chopped,1/4 cup green onions,1 cup stock,3 whole button red chillies,1 green chilli in slits,2 tbsp cornflour,ketchup 2

5 tbsp to 1/4 cup, Break cube Its boiling remove from gas Let oil heat up make cornflour paste mix 2 tbsp cornflour in 4 tbsp water See oil is hot fry chicken Fry golden brown Take out freid chicken fry others Remove extra oil keep 2-3 tbsp oil in wok Add garlic fry golden brown Add red chillies Add ketchup Mix it Add stock Add freid chicken Add cornflour paste, Let it cook Add green chillies n green onion n switch off gas Serve it thanku for watching plz like,share,subscribe
