INGREDIENTS FOR UPMA 1 CUP OF SEMOLINA(sooji) (250gm) 2 MIDIUM SIZED ONION(roughly chopped) Curry leaves Chopped green chillies 6-7 cashew nuts sugar to taste salt to taste Half teaspoon of mastard seeds Refined oil Heat the pan After 2minutes,put the sooji on the hot pan Dry roast the sooji stir it around 2-3 minutes put 3 tablespoon of oil into the same pan put the chopped onions add some curry leaves and mastard seeds add half teaspoon of salt add half teaspoon of sugar add roasted sooji stir it well add 1cup of water add one more cup of water
