Paleo and Vegan Salted Caramel Ice Cream Recipe blend 130 gr of pitted and softened dates add 250 gr
of cashew nut cream into a large mixing bowl add 5 gr of lemon zest grate or grind 1 vanilla bean or add 2 – 4 gr of vanilla bean powder add 3/4th of the blended dates add 5 teaspoons of coconut oil add 520 gr of coconut cream blend all ingredients add 2 – 3 pinches of salt to the rest of the blended dates add 1/4 cup of warm water blend all ingredients fill in and spread the 1st layer of cream – use only 1/3 of the cream add 3 to 4 tablespoons of salty caramel sauce and spread evenly – use 1/3 only of the salty caramel add and spread the 2nd layer of cream add 3 to 4 tablespoons of salty caramel sauce and spread evenly add and spread the 3rd layer of cream add the rest of the salty caramel sauce and spread evenly sprinkle a handful of cocoa nibs on top freeze overnight or for 6 – 8 hours ready!
