all plan to have you at the place exactly shapeshifter media central alright so today we were having coffee this morning and we kind of came up with a really really good recipe and we decided to add it last minutes to the metabolic cooking and it was his idea yes I always oh yeah I mean I was gonna say if you've been hanging around for a while you know through Ryan that I have a bread addiction but I also have a serious coffee addiction so we're hanging out over our mid-morning espresso this morning talking about the thermal cherished shakes and I said well we need thermo Chino so a third of what Chino we put our heads together and we came up with this awesome recipe and the thermo Chino was born there is so just like any other metabolic thermo charge metabolism these recipes that we have this one has all kinds of metabolic boosting properties so we can start leasing like the base ingredient into a thermo Chino so we have a cup of and she got a little espresso that we and we brew her another cappuccino suction cup of Express so that we have actually it's called Express or now and it still a new point it's gonna be a sermon exactly so the good system we used to be called we have ice cubes about those unless you want to put in enzyme okay that's fine so we have the ice cubes the cool thing with ice cubes is just like Faison York has a thermogenic effect as well is that you just like for example people Hughes I think that cold that you know that's that in order like to reduce their body heat in very much and that way your body has to kind of fight and burn more calories and gives more energies to bring the the heat the body heat back up to normal so that's the thermogenic effect of ice and that kind of is the same thing with with ice kind of because of the cold you body has to fight all with more Briggs do that use a little bit more energy in order to bring that body temperature to normal state I mean it's in addition of little things that we use in our shakes and that created a metabolic effect not just the ice or the spices we use auto protein just combination of everything that make it makes it miserable turbocharged and like we were talking about earlier you know if you're doing everything else right you might as well use these little tricks that'll push you that much further ahead every time you use exactly the duck so the more you have it you know the addition of all these meals and shakes and tricks is going to help you boost your metabolism on one run next ingredient we have some Greek yogurt Greek yogurt yeah she knows equals crazy yeah so a little bit of Greek yogurt it's gonna add that creamy base and creamy texture to it now we have a little bit of cinnamon so about always a pinch of cinnamon for most recipes but you can use as much as you want it's that kind of super spice that you can add to your recipes and that has actually multiple virtues it's really good to do level of your blood sugar levels it's gonna boost your immune system as well many many other like healthy properties that it's going to help you make your body more healthy healthier basically and help you burn more calories on the long run because I mean a healthy body equals better metabolic functions equals more fat burning basically that's as simple as that it's that kind of super spice you can use with 80 sprigs well yeah all right so we had that salmon now stevia Adams favorite he has a sweet tooth stevia is a natural sweetener all right like it's fitted it's a plant explained a it's made from appliance and Adam as juice sweet and that thing's super sweet so just like half a teaspoon I think I actually have two teaspoons a lot yeah just like yeah yeah hi one-third between a teaspoon I mean it's very very sweet and usually the pinch is enough like in most recipes you can I'm not around inches now if I was not around you just use it you just need a pinch of stevia what is around we use like half a teaspoon yeah they say we do not have to use much to give a little a little more to get a meal more sweeter this for yourself there he goes last but not least we got protein powder here my favorite high-protein favorite brain it's either smooth from NuStar it's very high quality protein and it's very like the protein content per scoop City Heights 30 grams of protein and actually had an eye are pretty good with that with the days ago and he's being actually testing pretty much all of our metabolism smoothies to try using a blend of so that's pretty funny to see him going in the house like doing like for shade for some is
