260g /24 tablespoon bread flour 1 egg 60ml warm milk 40g/3 tablespoon butter 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 teaspoon yeast Topping : 50g all purpose flour 1 egg 2 teaspoon instan coffee (stong coffe) 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 2 tablespoon powdered sugar Pinch of salt 40g butter Pinch of baking powder Filling : butter Pour warm milk +granulated sugar +yeast Mix together Rest until 7- 10minut Beat the egg Pour bread flour +salt Yest Egg Mix together Knead until 2 minute Or you can use the mixer Add butter Knead until the dough elastic texture Add 2 tablespoon cooking oil Rest the dough until 1 hour Or depand your room temperature Cover with plastic wrap For the topping: Pour 2 tablespoon hot water & instant coffe Add vanilla & mix together Beat the egg Pour all purpose flour & cocoa powder Salt & baking powder Mix together Add butter Powdered sugar Mixer medium speed until soft Add egg & instant coffee mix together Add all purpose flour Mixer low speed entry nto the piping bag Refrigde Base the tray with baking paper Until the dough rise up 2x deflate the dough sprinkle with flour knead the mixture until smooth cut the mixture into 8 parts 1 piece to wrap butter Rest the dough until 30minute Cover with plastic wrap
