Hello and welcome to Cooking with Megha This recipe is easy and tasty Lets start making Required ingredients- 1 finely chopped capsicum, tomato, green chilli 1 inch grated ginger, onion, spring onion Finely chopped coriander In a bowl take 1/2 spoon turmric, 1 spoon chilli powder 1 spoon cumin powder, 1/2 spoon coriander powder 100 gm grated Paneer salt according to taste and oil for tempering musturd and cumin seeds Heat 2 spoons of oil add musturd and cumin seeds add ginger and green chilli saute them nicely few min later add onions to it add capsicum and cook for 3-4 min now add spring onion and tomato mix and cook this for few more minutes now we will add all dry spices cook for another few minutes add grated paneer and salt according to taste mix this mixtre nicely after few minutes paneer bhurji is ready add coriander and give it nice stir our paneer bhurji is ready to serve you can eat it with Roti or paratha if you like this recipe please like and share for more interesting recipes subscribe to my channel cooking with Megha Thank you,,!!
