Let's take a quick look at the ingredients; Mustard seeds 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Rasam powder 1 tbsp Chilli powder 1 tbsp Oil 2 tablespoons Half an onion diced Coriander leaves
Salt to taste Tamarind water 1 cup 2 tomatoes diced I'm also gonna do a pot in pot of rice This is one cup of rice, soaked in water, 2 cups of water for around 30 minutes
Let's look at the IP settings Turn on saute mode and wait for the pot(liner) to get hot Add oil Wait for a minute for oil to heat up now the oil is hot I'm gonna add mustard seeds and cumin seeds Add curry leaves
Add onion Add salt Add turmeric powder Add ginger garlic paste Saute the ginger garlic paste well
Now add red chilli powder add rasam powder Add coriander powder and immediately add tomatoes Saute it for a minute Now add tamarind water Add around 3 cups of water
Now I'm gonna turn off saute mode and add the pot in pot stand Add the rice bowl Close it with a lid and close the IP Turn on manual mode and set it to eight minutes Make sure the whistle is in sealing mode I've let the pressure release naturally for around 15 minutes
Now I'm going to open the lid Rice is perfectly done Tomatoes are mashed up and now I'm gonna garnish it with cilantro and it's ready to be served!
