Indian style Yakhni Pulao, pilau, English Subtitle | Mutton Pulav / One Pot – Saas Bahu Recipes

Sliced onion -1 Finely chopped Tomatoes – 2 Ginger garlic paste – 15 table spoon Curd- 3 table spoon Green coriander Mint leaves Curry leaves Green chillies – 5 Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon Coriander powder – 2 tablespoon Garam masala powder – 1 teaspoon Salt as per taste Red chilli powder – 1 Teaspoon Mutton – 300 gms Marinate mutton with salt, turmeric powder, curd and ginger garlic paste Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes Bay leaves Cumin seeds Star Anise Royal cumin Cardamom Cloves Black Cardamom Cinnamon Whole Baby potatoes and small onions Soak Basmati rice for 15 minutes in water Take a pressure cooker, add some oil, sliced onions and some salt Cook onions till it is light brown in colour Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 min Now add marinated mutton pieces Green chillies, Curry leaves, Coriander leaves and Mint leaves Now add chopped tomatoes, little salt and mix all ingredients properly Add little water, whole garam masala and pressure cook Mutton for 4 whistle After 4 whistle the mutton is cooked Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, Garam masala powder Salt as per taste Mix all masala well Shift cooked mutton in big pot Add whole baby potatoes and small size whole onions Mint leaves, green coriander leaves and soaked rice Mix properly with cooked mutton and add pure ghee Add some water and close the lid Cook on high flame till it starts boiling Once it starts boiling simmer the flame and cook for 15 minutes After 15 minutes the Yakhni Pulav is cooked and ready to serve
