Hello "les amis" and welcome back in my French kitchen today we are going to see how to make the french créme brûlée… The what?? Crème brûlée means burnt cream it's a very classic dessert in France and we can find it everywhere are you ready let's go the recipe is very easy we are gonna need egg yolk single cream brown sugar white sugar and vanilla bean split the vanilla bean in half put the single cream in a pan add the seeds and the vanilla bean Boil the cream with the vanilla and in parallel with the sugar with the egg yolks

Remove the vanilla pod and add the cream to the mixture in three times put the mixture in a low ceramic container put them into a bigger ceramic container and add some hot water in it we are going to cook the creme brulee in a water bath but a water bath in the oven our creme brulee are now ready but we can't eat them right now we need to put them in the fridge serving at least 3 hours look at this after 3 hours in the fridge perfect now we are going to use the brown sugar and the blowtorch and make the caramel layer let's go so good!
