Lets see what ingredients we need Wash all the vegetable and cut it Potato, beans, tomato 1 big, onion 1 Medium, 1 big spoon oil, 1 green chilli Spicy one, if you want spicier, you can take more chilies, Garlic, 1 spoon coriander powder, half, teaspoon cumin seed, Half teaspoon turmeric powder, half half teaspoon sabji masala and garam masala, we have taken in same quantity, salt as per your taste Lets start making…heat the pan add oil, add cumin seed, chili, garlic onion mix well

Its north Indian dish so sauté them till onion color change Onion color is changed; we are making dry vegetable, so we will not sauté till onion color becomes dark, this will get cooked with potato and beans

Add all the spices coriander powder, sabji masala, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt mix well Add potato, we have taken potato direct from the water, don’t make it dry let it be little sweaty It will help vegetable to get cooked well, put beans sauté both the veggies for 10min in low flame After 10 min add tomato, you can make this without tomato also it will taste good, after adding tomato sauté for 2- 3 min till tomato is cooked well now on full flame cook for 1 min potato beans dry vegetable is ready to serve
