Today's Recipe is an Authentic Chinese Chilli Chicken Recipe Boneless chicken – 500 gms Onion – 1 Capsicum – 1 Spring onion – 1/2 cup Green chillies – 4 Lemon juice – 1 Tbsp Finely chopped ginger – 2 Tbsp Finely chopped garlic – 2 Tbsp Cornflour – 2 Tbsp All-purpose flour – 2 Tbsp Salt to taste Tomato sauce – 1 Tsp Red chilli sauce – 1 Tbsp Soya sauce – 2 Tbsp Egg – 1 Black pepper powder – 1 Tsp Sesame seeds – 1 Tsp Ginger – garlic paste – 1 Tbsp Red food colour – 1 pinch First of all we will marinate the chicken Take a bowl and add 1 Tbsp Cornflour All purpose flour Black pepper powder Ginger – garlic paste Lemon juice Salt to taste Soya sauce – 1 Tsp Egg Red food colour – 1 pinch Mix all ingredients well Add boneless chicken pieces Coat all chicken pieces with marinate masala Marinate chicken for 1 hour and keep in refrigerator Deep fry all chicken pieces in hot oil Fry chicken pieces from both sides Fry chicken pieces on low – medium flame Chicken is cooked now Remove chicken pieces aside Take 1 Tbsp cornflour and add some water to make a slurry Mix well This cornflour slurry acts as a thickening agent Take a vessel and add 2 Tbsp oil Add finely chopped Garlic Finely chopped Ginger Sliced green chillies Saute for 2 minutes until light golden shade appear Add Chopped onion and Green capsicum Saute veggies for 3 to 4 minutes until onion becomes transparent Add Cornflour Slurry Mix Well Soya sauce Red Chilli sauce Tomato sauce One pinch salt Mix well Add some water to make a proper consistency Bring it to boil Now add finely chopped spring onion Fried chicken pieces Mix well all ingredients Coat chicken properly with all sauces Close the lid and cook chicken pieces for 5 minutes on low flame Chicken chilli is cooked and ready to serve Garnish chilli chicken with spring onion and Sesame seed
