Namaskar, welcome to Mamata Kitchen Today's recipe :- 'Suji Piaja Dosa' (Suji Dosa) So, let's check the ingredients first 1 bowl – Suji 1/2 bowl – Rice flour 3/4 bowl – White Flour 1 bowl – Curd , 1/2 bowl – Green chilies and Ginger paste Chopped Onions 1/2 tsp Soda , Salt to tatse 1 glass of Water and Refine Oil 1 bowl – Suji 1/2 bowl – Rice Flour 3/4 bowl – Maida 1 bowl – Curd Salt to taste Pour some water and make a mixture Green Chillies and Ginger Paste It is done, cover it for 15 mins Let's check now Pour some more water Mix it well This should be the batter proportion 1/2 tsp Soda Apply some Oil on tava and prepare the Dosas Chopped Onions Pour Refine Oil on the edges Let's see if it cooked or not It is done now "Suji Piaja Dosa' is ready to serve with coconut chutney Please share your thoughts in the comments Like, Share and don't forget to Subscribe Thank You!
