Hello friends! Welcome to rashmichaharcom Today I am making Dum Aloo Lets start this recipe 500 gram small size potatoes Washed in clean water Lets boil these Transferred potatoes in pressure cooker 1 glass water Boil up to 1 whistle Turn off burner after 1 whistle Wait for pressure to reduce Take out potatoes in a bowl Let them cool down Peel the potatoes Peel all All potatoes are peeled Puncher all potatoes with the help of fork Potatoes are ready Lets prepare spices Ginger – 1 inch Garlic cloves: 10 – 12 Green chili – 2 Roasted peanuts : 1 tbsp whole coriander – 1 tbsp 2 medium size onions 3 tomatoes fine paste is created Transfer in a bowl Oil is heated Fry boiled potatoes fry till they become crispy from one side Flip them to other side Fry from other side too Take out potatoes 3 tsp oil cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp Cardamoms – 2 1 – black cardamom 1 inch Cinnamon 2 cloves tez patta 3 whole red chili Kasuri methi – dried fenugreek leaves Saute till light brown Tomato – onions paste Mix it Saute the gravy Keep burner on low flame Lets prepare spices for gravy 2 tbsp curd 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste 1/2 tsp red chili powder Mix all Masala is ready Gravy is cooked Oil floating above gravy Add masala paste Mix it keep stirring
